Shipping policy

 

USA orders will  be shipped tracked via border courier to USPS. Tracking will update 1-2 days post shipping notification once the order has been scanned by USPS. Orders should arrive within a week once they leave Canada.

All Canadian and International orders are shipped is via Canada Post oversized letter-post (untracked) unless shipping upgrade is purchased. Delivery time varies by location.

Canada shipping transit time is typically within 3 days-2 weeks depending on geographical location. (during peak times: may take longer)

International shipping transit time can vary from 2-4 weeks typically. (during peak times: may take longer)

Tracked shipping upgrade is available, if you want to upgrade to tracked shipping, please do so prior to purchase. If tracking is not purchased replacement for lost packages will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 
IF YOU WANT TO TRACK YOUR ORDER YOU MUST PURCHASE THE TRACKED SHIPPING UPGRADE.

Occasionally Canada post/ local carrier losses a package in transit. It doesn't happen often but it is a risk. I will not reship lost Canadian and USA orders until a minimum of 15-20 business days has passed. For international the Minimum wait 25 business days.
